Make Sour Cream
Making Sour Cream is easy with the Greek Yoghurt & Cheese maker
Soft, tart Sour Cream can be used in baking to make softer cookies and cakes. When the chopped, spicy cheongyang red pepper is added, it can be used as a pizza sauce. Using the Kuvings Greek Yoghurt and Cheese maker makes it quick and easy.
INGREDIENTS
250ml Yoghurt (or 150ml thick fermented milk)
500g Fresh Cream
30g Lemon Juice
METHOD
Put the thick fermented milk or plain yogurt, fresh cream and lemon juice in a bowl and stir it well.
Set the time and temperature of the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker manually (12 hours, 35°C) to make the sour cream.
