MAKE A SUPER HEALTHY GREEN JUICE
Green Juice is the latest recipe craze as it offers the best range of nutrients in a single glass of juice.
The base ingredients of Green juice is usually Kale, Celery and Cucumber coupled with other green fruit and vegetables. Below are a couple of Green juices for you to try.
Green Juice Recipe
Ingredients
3 leaves Kale
2 stalks Celery
Handful baby Spinach
1/2 Cucumber
1 head cous lettuce
1 lemon or lime, or combination of both
METHOD:
Clean and thoroughly wash ingredients, especially Kale.
De-seed and remove skin from Lemon and/or Lime.
Alternate combining Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Spinach and Lettuce in your Kuvings Juicer.
Add Lemon and/or Lime and leave to mix in the juicer for a minute until thoroughly mixed.
Serve and enjoy.
