MAKE A SUPER HEALTHY GREEN JUICE

Green Juice is the latest recipe craze as it offers the best range of nutrients in a single glass of juice.
The base ingredients of Green juice is usually Kale, Celery and Cucumber coupled with other green fruit and vegetables. Below are a couple of Green juices for you to try.

Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 leaves Kale

  • 2 stalks Celery

  • Handful baby Spinach

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 1 head cous lettuce

  • 1 lemon or lime, or combination of both


METHOD:

  1. Clean and thoroughly wash ingredients, especially Kale.

  2. De-seed and remove skin from Lemon and/or Lime.

  3. Alternate combining Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Spinach and Lettuce in your Kuvings Juicer.

  4. Add Lemon and/or Lime and leave to mix in the juicer for a minute until thoroughly mixed.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
