Well, dancing is optional but we know you’ll want to dance for joy when you try our Pineapple Smoothie Recipe.

Experience a new taste combination of sweet-and-sour fruits with pineapple, mango, orange, and coconut milk.

It was tart and tangy with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was light and the colour vibrant.

Ingredients - Makes 2 Cup

  • 400ml Coconut Milk

  • 1 Orange peeled

  • 100g frozen Pineapple*

  • 100g frozen Mango*

Super simple & delicious, blended with ease using our SV400 Vacuum Blender.

Method

Add the coconut milk to the blender first. Then add the orange wedges, the diced pineapple pieces, and finally the diced mango.

Select the automatic vacuum and blend function to blend all the ingredients automatically under the vacuum.

*Note: You can use fresh pineapple with frozen mango and vice versa – it’s important to have one frozen ingredient.

*Tip: If you want to use this as a base for a smoothie bowl, only use ½ – ¾ of the Coconut Milk to make it a thicker, creamier texture.
