Ingredients
180g Apple
150g Cherry Tomato
30g Kale
50g Spinach
40g Nut Products
50g Milk
Method
Prepare the Apple as a whole. Cut the Apple as needed to fit the chute
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes
Wash the spinach and kale well and cut them as needed to fit the chute
Use hard ingredients first and then the soft ones. Ingredients can be alternated
