Make Minty Melon Juice

Description
Watermelon cold pressed juice is very refreshing on a hot summers day and best served over ice or placed in the fridge for a few hours to chill. It will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
The taste is sweet and tangy, with a nice hint of freshness from the mint. The high water content makes this juice very hydrating.
Ingredients
¼ watermelon
½ bunch mint
1 lime
Juicing Time: 2 mins
Juice Qty: 1200ml
Preparation
Watermelon (1 min)
Thinly slice the outer green skin leaving most of the white flesh intact
Cut the melon in long slices about two finger width
Cut the slices in long strips about three finger width
Mint (10 sec)
Remove the leaves from the woody stems
Lime (30 sec)
Thinly slice off the outer skin
Juice whole
Method
Close the cap on the juicer.
Drop the mint leaves in first to coat the inside of the strainer
Juice the watermelon strips one at a time until the bowl is almost full. This mixes the juice well with the mint.
Release the cap.
Continue to juice the remaining watermelon strips with the cap open.
Finish with the whole peeled lime.
