Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple, frozen

  • 2 tbsp Oats

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Method

Add all of your ingredients to your Kuvings Vacuum Blender and blend until done.

Optional Additions

  • Add more maple syrup - if you like it sweet
