2 cups Pineapple, frozen
2 tbsp Oats
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Method
Add all of your ingredients to your Kuvings Vacuum Blender and blend until done.
Optional Additions
Add more maple syrup - if you like it sweet
Use fresh pineapple instead of frozen pineapple
Add cacao if you want it chocolaty
