How to make Double Grape Juice Recipe in your Kuvings Juicer
This juice recipe is super easy to make. It has a sweet bitter taste with the fresh minty aroma.
Ingredients
1 grapefruit, ruby red
2 cups grapes, red or black
1 sprig mint (5-6 leaves)
Juicing Time: 4 mins
Juice Qty: 450ml
Serves: 1
Preparation
Grapefruit
Remove the outer skin keeping as much white pith as possible
Cut into halves or quarters to fit into chute
Grapes
Remove the hard woody stems, smaller stems attached to the grapes are okay to go through your kuvings juicer
Juice grapes in handfuls with skin on
Mint
Remove the leaves from the woody stems
Juice leaves in handfuls
Method
Begin by adding the mint leaves to the juicer. It is always best to put the herbs in a cold press juicer first as the rest of the ingredients will help push them through the strainer and will pick up more of the herb’s flavour.
Add the grapes next, one handful at a time.
Go slow with grapes as they are really soft and can back up if the juicer is overfed.
Finish by adding the grapefruit pieces one by one.
