1 Lemon
Qty: 1000 ml (approx.)

Slice lemons into rounds with skin on to give more flavour and get more juice from each lemon.
Pineapple
Slice off the outer skin.
Cut into long thin strips to fit down the chute.
Chop the core into small chunks.
Ginger & Turmeric
Chop into small pieces.
Method
Make the tea first, add all the tea ingredients to a pot and bring to boil. Once boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 20 mins.
After 20 min remove the tea from the heat and strain. In the meantime make the pineapple and lemon juice - refer step 3.
Using your Kuvings Cold Press Juicer start with the pineapple pieces. Add them one at a time letting the juicer press each piece through before adding more.
Next, add the lemon slices.
Once the tea is ready and strained combine the tea with the juice and serve. For additional sweetness add raw honey.
Tips:
You can substitute pineapple with 3-4 apples.
Enjoy warm or keep in the fridge and serve cold poured over ice with some fresh mint leaves.
