Make Carrot & Raisin Muffins - Kuvings Vacuum Blender
Description
Deliciously simple and super healthy. Sugar-free, dairy-free, fat-free and you can easily make them gluten-free.
These carrot and raisin muffins make the most of your Kuvings Blender by mixing the wet ingredients in the blender and then simply folding them through the dry. And, with the super-fine blend on the carrot and dates, the muffin is dense, but surprisingly moist.
Vegan & Healthy
They will make a great lunch box filler or a nice treat with a cup of tea/coffee. They are not super sweet, so a plant-based icing would work well, or they are delicious served warm with a scoop of icecream and a drizzle of maple syrup.
You can also sub out the whole wheat flour with oat flour and make them gluten-free.
Whichever way you enjoy them, they are healthy, vegan and contain NO sugar!
