Ingredients

  • 200g Banana

  • 40g Walnut

  • 60g Spinach

  • 200g Milk

Method

  1. Peel the banana.

  2. Wash the spinach well and cut it as needed to fit the chute.

  3. Use hard ingredients first and then the soft ones (ingredients can be alternated).
