How to make A Vegan Cashew Butter Board

This Vegan Cashew Butter Board, created using the Kuvings SV400 Vacuum Blender, offers a delightful combination of flavours and textures. Enjoy the smooth cashew butter spread with the freshness of cherry tomatoes and the fragrant herbs. Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Cashews - soaked overnight

  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Dill

  • Chives

  • Breadstick

Method

  1. Using the Kuvings SV400 Vacuum Blender, add all ingredients to the jug and blend on auto mode until the mixture forms a smooth consistency. You may need to scrape down the sides of the jug to ensure thorough blending.

  2. Once smooth, prepare a large wooden board for serving.

  3. Spoon dollops of the cashew mixture onto the board, leaving some space between each dollop.

  4. Using the back of a spoon, smooth out the dollops in flick-like motions, spreading them across two-thirds of the board.

  5. Top the cashew mixture with freshly chopped cherry tomatoes, dill and chives, scattering them evenly over the spread.

  6. In the remaining space of the board, add toasted breadsticks or crackers for dipping into the cashew mixture.
