  • 5 cm Ginger

  • 2 Pear

  • 2 Grapefruit, yellow

Preparation

Ginger

  • Wash and dry

  • Cut into thin pieces the size of your thumbnail leaving the skin on

Pear

  • Remove the hard wooden stems

  • Juice whole or cut in half if too big to fit into chute

Grapefruit

  • Remove the outer skin keeping as much white pith as possible

  • Cut in half or quarters to fit into chute

Watercress

Cold Press Juicing Method

Start by adding all 20g of watercress to the juicer.

Next, add the pears one at a time; their firmness will help push the watercress down into the juicer.

Then, juice the grapefruit by adding pieces gradually, letting each piece press through fully before adding the next.

Finally, add the ginger to complete the juice.

AUTO10 Layering: watercress, pear, grapefruit, ginger

TIP: You can also make watercress into a soothing herbal tea. Simply pour boiling water over a handful of the greens and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
