How to make a Workout Juice
This blend of juice achieves an ideal equilibrium between sodium and potassium, aiding in the prevention of lactic acid build-up and muscle cramps post-exercise, while also replenishing the natural salts lost through perspiration. Its flavour profile is a delightful combination of sourness, slight sweetness, and a hint of saltiness.
