Bright Spring Juice

Ingredients
4 Golden Kiwifruit
4 Apples
2 Oranges
1 Lemon
Preparation
Apple
Remove the stems.
Juice apples whole with skin and seeds.
Cut in half if too big to fit into chute.
Kiwifruit
Thinly slice the outer brown skin (you can juice it but changes the colour of the juice).
Juice kiwifruit whole.
Orange
Thinly cut off the orange skin leaving as much white pith as possible.
Juice whole or cut in half if too big to fit into the chute.
Lemon
Cut off any hard end points.
Slice lemons into rounds with skin on to give more flavour and get more juice from each lemon.
Cold Press Juicing Method
Start by adding the oranges, then two of the apples, followed by the kiwifruit. Next, add the remaining two apples, and finally, finish with the lemon.
Tip: Kiwifruit should be left on the counter to ripen until they gently yield under light pressure, similar to a ripe mango or avocado. Be cautious not to let them become too soft, as they will turn mushy when pressed in the juicer.
